Whilst it is evident from Land registry figures property prices are once more on the increase it is also true the market has room for expansion with some property types still around the 2008 figures, this is especially true of the more substantial end of the luxury market.

Logically as the economy recovers it would appear the IT literate baby boomers (who are still working) may now seek to exchange their cramped London lifestyles for expansive country living with extensive quality leisure facilities, theatre and fine dining.

With early indications of London appearing to be near a zenith in terms of capital appreciation and the recent surge in enquiries the future looks ever more promising in sunny East Sussex and for Rye Bay property prices in general.
